Why We Started
Richemorrow Group was started with one core belief: helping small businesses become successful.
That belief matters because many small businesses are started by people who know their work, care about their customers, and are willing to put in the effort. They provide real value to their communities, but good work does not always get noticed on its own.
A business can offer a valuable service and still struggle if customers cannot find it, understand it, or feel confident enough to make contact. A weak website, unclear service descriptions, poor presentation, or no local outreach can make a good business look smaller than it really is.
Many small business owners are not held back because they lack skill or dedication. They are held back because the tools around their business do not clearly show the value they already provide.
Richemorrow Group was started to help close that gap. The company exists for business owners who need practical help presenting their services, reaching local customers, and building a stronger foundation for growth.
Our focus is not on making marketing complicated. It is on helping small businesses look professional, communicate clearly, and take realistic steps toward becoming more successful.
To us, helping small businesses become successful means helping them look trustworthy, explain what they offer with confidence, and make it easier for customers to take the next step. That is the reason behind the company, and it is the standard behind the work we do.

A Little About the Founder
Richemorrow Group was founded by Donald Richardson, who brings more than 25 years of experience building websites, creating written content, organizing online information, and developing practical digital projects for small businesses and community-focused ideas.
His website-building experience began before traditional computers became the standard for getting online. The first website he created was built using WebTV—a platform some longtime internet users may still remember. Since then, he has designed and managed websites across several major platforms, including Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, and today’s more advanced website and marketing systems.
His work has included building complete websites, writing service pages and blog content, developing local resource pages, organizing business information, and creating online systems for projects such as Pearl Dragon Studios, Ocala Food Forest, and many others.
That experience shaped the purpose behind Richemorrow Group. Many small businesses do not need confusing marketing language, disconnected technology, or oversized agency packages. They need clear messaging, professional presentation, well-organized websites, and practical tools that help customers understand their services, make contact, and take the next step.
